Quotarians are members of an
International Network of Volunteers and Friends -
All with a common cause - to serve!
In over 14 countries, Quotarians are making the lives of disadvantaged women and children and the speech and hearing impaired a lot better. Right now, a Quota Club is meeting in their own neighborhood to discuss how to meet the needs of their local communities. Quotarians choose their own projects to support. We raise the necessary funds to do so - and we have fun doing it!
Internationally speaking, we have 14 projects around the world that are supported through our Club-to-Club Program. Volunteer Quotarians are feeding children in the most poverty stricken areas, caring for elderly who are routinely tossed in the street, empowering young women with lifeskills, so they can support themselves, building homes for families that have little or nothing, offering medical treatment for the hard of hearing... and so much more. 100% of donations to the Club-to-Club Program go to fund these projects. Quota International Members on the MS Gulf Coast
Quota Clubs are unique in every community. On the Mississippi Gulf Coast, we are men and women from various career backgrounds, and thrive on sharing our expertise and talents to improve our communities. To become a Quotarian is a commitment to become an active volunteer, a member of a respected international organization, and a leader in service to others.
There are many reasons to become a member. As a Quotarian, you will:
- Help your community by providing your time and talents
- Change the quality of life for people, both locally and internationally
- Learn to be a leader, be encouraged to grow professionally and personally
- Network with business people and leaders in your community and around the world
- Energize your life and have fun
You'll grow personally and professionally. Best of all, you'll know that what you're doing will make a positive difference in the lives of so many.
Don't think you have time for Quota?
One of the reasons that Quota is so unique, is its flexibility! We meet in Biloxi, twice monthly at noon (for no longer than an hour), and we don't have a minimum attendance requirement. We don't even have a roll book! You choose the projects you want to work with. You choose the meetings you want to attend. You volunteer as much of your time and talents as you are able to. We believe that ANY help is appreciated!
Is there a cost to join?
Our annual dues are $156 - that equates to about 43¢ a day! We allow our members to pay quarterly, semi-annually or annually. (There is a $20 additional initiation fee for your first year only) These dues are divided between our administrative costs and International dues.
So, how do I join?
Membership is by invitation. You can also start a new club in your community! Click here for membership inquiry, and we'll contact you within 24 hours!
