The New Orleans Saints played their first home game in the Dome on this date - so we decided to throw a giant party to cheer them on! Held at the IP Casino Resort Spa in their Ballroom, we enjoyed an afternoon of great food (IP did an outstanding job!) of Tailgating favorites, a silent auction (Thanks to Gulf Coast Cards for all the cool autographed stuff!) a 50/50 Football pool, a balloon pop (which "pooped out" when our balloons deflated) and a raffle for a Big Green Egg!
This incredible fundraising event was a great team effort, and in the end netted over $17,000.00! Thank you to all who attended and made this a success for us. Thanks to you, we'll be able help so many people on the MS Gulf Coast. Please see the list of donors and contributors below.
The afternoon was such a success, that the IP wants to make it an annual "signature event". We couldn't agree more!
